We collect information you voluntarily provide through our enquiry and demo class booking forms, such as your name, phone number, email address, and your child's class or subject of interest. If you sign in to a leaderboard for one of our learning games, we store the name you enter along with your game score.

We also collect standard technical information automatically, such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working correctly.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to enquiries and schedule demo classes.
  • To send account-related emails, such as one-time passwords (OTPs) for admin login and password resets.
  • To display game leaderboards to other students using our learning games.

Google API Services and YouTube

EduFest Junior Academy uses Google's APIs, including the YouTube Data API, solely through an internal admin tool used by our own staff to publish educational videos to our academy's official YouTube channel. This access is not used to collect or process data from website visitors. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies

Our website may use essential cookies required for basic site functionality, such as keeping an admin logged in during a session. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

Our tuition programs serve students in Classes 5–10, but enquiry and demo booking forms are intended to be filled out by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children online outside of a game leaderboard display name, which does not require any other identifying information.
